1. ORDERS
Orders are accepted by Springhill Photo Services under these terms and
conditions only. The placing of an order signifies the customer's acceptance of
the conditions in full.
2.TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment must be sent within 30 days of receipt of goods.
3.LOSS OR DAMAGE
Whilst every possible precaution is taken by Springhill Photo Services to
safeguard client's property against loss or damage whilst in its possession it
must be noted that Springhill Photo Service's charges do not incorporate an
unlimited liability and that all orders are accepted on the basis that the
liability of Springhill Photo Services shall not exceed the replacement value of
the unexposed or basic material. Customers are strongly advised to insure all
material of special value against all risks. Customers originals are returned by
Royal Mail recorded delivery unless otherwise specified.
4.PRINT SIZES
The print sizes shown are nominal, dependant upon aspect ratio of the original
and thus may vary slightly.
5.CLAIMS (complaints)
In the event of unsatisfactory work, complaints should be made in writing within
7 days of receipt, of the goods enclosing all relevant materials.
6.COPYRIGHT
Where a customer does not own the copyright of work submitted to Springhill
Photo Services for reproduction, such work is accepted on the strict
understanding that the customer has obtained written permission from the
copyright holder to reproduce his work and that the customer will indemnify the
company against any and all claims or liabilities arising from a breach of this
condition.
7.AMENDMENTS
Springhill Photo Services reserves the right to amend its "Terms Of Business" as
and when it considers necessary and to notify customers of such changes at which
time such changes will come into effect.
